Our Office Manager, Brittany Craig, is the heart and soul of the office. As head of operations, Brittany is often the first point-of-contact for patients and continues to assist each patient in their journey. In addition, Brittany oversees clinical staff to ensure the utmost patient care experience. Brittany has years of experience working in the field of mental health in the Grand Valley.
Our Medical Assistant and Case Management, Meghan Williams, RMA, has 15 years of experience as a medical assistant serving at risk populations. She is passionate about helping and meeting people where they are. The most recent years of her expertise have been dedicated to care coordination and connecting individuals in the Grand Valley to services.
Our registered nurse, Heather Stanford, RN, has over 15 years of experience in serving the mental health and physical health of the Grand Valley's most at-risk and vulnerable populations including individuals in the correctional setting. Additionally, Heather is well-versed in delivering on-site and on-time delivery of care with individuals experiencing substance use disorders. With years of management experience, Heather will continue to lead clinical staff at Lifespan Psychiatry of Colorado's TRI Street Team.
Our Case Manager, Rachel Cook, BA, has years of experience in complex case management serving at risk populations. The most recent years of her expertise have been dedicated to care coordination and connecting high-risk individuals in the Grand Valley to services.
Our office assistant, Nevada Felcha, serves as point-person at our Grand Junction office. Nevada comes to us with years of experience serving those with mental health issues through her years of administrative support in the Grand Valley.
Our peer support specialist, Dillan Olson, serves as an additional layer of support for individuals facing mental health, substance use, and/or traumatic events.

Our Medical Assistant, Krystol Davis, RMA, has years of experience as a medical assistant. Krystol is the Spravato (esketamine) Coordinator and works to address patient needs throughout the treatment process.
Our housing liaison, Misty Crick, BS, has years of experience in human services and criminal justice. She serves as support for patients in need of substance use services, case management, and assistance with their outpatient competency restoration education journey.
Our Office Assistant, Frank, assists with daily operations including supply procurement, transportation, and staff engagement.
