We offer convenience and privacy to our patients via an array of appointment options including telehealth, in-office, or on-site. In-person visits are available at our offices located at 2140 N. 12th St. in Grand Junction; 236 Cottonwood St. in Delta; and 18 N. Uncompahgre Ave. in Montrose. On-site visits at a mutually-agreed upon location of choosing--your home, your office, etc. We are currently licensed to serve clients across the State of Colorado.

Medications: We specialize in medication management for all psychiatric conditions. For clients needing long-acting injectable (LAI) medications such as Invega Sustenna, Abilify Maintena/Aristada, Haldol Decanoate, etc., we offer convenient options for your needs. Management of clozapine for treatment resistant psychosis is available by our certified prescribers. Our Grand Junction office is a certified outpatient treatment center offering Spravato (esketamine)--serving adults with treatment resistant depression/adults with depressive and suicidal ideation.
Substance Use: We offer medication assisted treatment (MAT) treatment including Suboxone, Sublocade injections, Vivitrol injections, naltrexone, and urinary drug screenings to support recovery and relapse prevention.
Gender Affirming Care: We offer gender affirming care, including testosterone hormone therapy, estrogen hormone therapy, anti-androgen hormone therapy, and surgery referrals, to transgender and nonbinary individuals in a safe, welcoming, discrete environment to support transition and social affirmation.
Lab services: We offer onsite venipuncture (blood draws), rapid urinary drug screens with or without lab confirmation, rapid pregnancy testing, and rapid viral and bacterial testing including COVID, influenza, strep A.
Sexually Transmitted Infections: We offer onsite testing for STIs including HIV, hepatitis, syphillis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomoniasis. Additionally, we offer PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) for HIV prevention with high-risk sexual behaviors and intravenous drug use as well as Plan B for emergency contraception after unprotected sex.
Counseling: Psychotherapy services are available for ages 12 years and older.
Care Coordination: We offer care coordination to assist with referral to specialists, transportation, housing, food, medical health, vision, clothing, financial, SSDI/SSI, insurance, technology needs.

If you feel you cannot afford traditional psychiatric care, we offer options to those who cannot afford or access psychiatric care due to income, un-insured, undocumented.
