2140 N. 12th St. in Grand Junction, CO, 555 Meeker St. in Delta, CO, 300 N. Townsend Ave. in Montrose, CO, 195A S. Lena St. in Ridgway, CO, 641 E. Main St. in Cortez, CO, and on the Ute Mountain Ute Indian Reservation in Towaoc, CO.  

On-site visits at a mutually-agreed upon location of choosing--your home, your office, etc. 

Telehealth visits via secure remote access. 

CO Medicaid offers free taxi rides to and from medical appointments

Additionally, we offer cash pay or sliding scale options. Contact us with specific questions regarding fees but, in general, new patient appointments are $150-300 based on time/acuity, follow-up appointments are $50-150 based on time/acuity, and psychotherapy appointments are $50-250 based on time/acuity. Payment is accepted via credit card, cash, or check. If you feel you cannot afford traditional psychiatric care, we offer options to those who cannot afford or access psychiatric care due to income, un-insured, undocumented.
