In-person visits are available at our office located at 2140 N. 12th St. in Grand Junction, CO and at our new location at 555 Meeker St. in Delta, CO. 

On-site visits at a mutually-agreed upon location of choosing--your home, your office, etc. Telehealth visits via secure remote access. 

CO Medicaid offers free taxi rides to and from medical appointments

Additionally, we offer cash pay or sliding scale options. Contact us with specific questions regarding fees but, in general, new patient appointments are $150-300 based on time/acuity, follow-up appointments are $75-150 based on time/acuity, and psychotherapy appointments are $50-250 based on time/acuity. Payment is accepted via credit card, cash, or check.
